RVF
"An elegant cuvée with great finesse and potential".
"Aged over 3 years in vats, this Clisson reveals its complexity around delicate floral notes of vine peach and orange blossom. On the palate, it is full-bodied and fresh, with great finesse, elegance and balance. A wine full of tension, vibrant and full-bodied, already remarkable but also endowed with great potential. Best served with a choice dish, such as monkfish tail in chorizo sauce". (Le Guide Hachette 2025).

Guide des Vins Gault & Millau
Wine rated (guide 2024) 93/100
About the wine:
An incredibly dapper wine, despite 65 months on the lees. It's dashing and snappy on the palate, with a roller-coaster ride between crispness and richness. Spicy and savory, saline and bursting with energy. Fresh white fruits, acacia, white pepper and beeswax enchant the nose. The style remains airy and delicate. Serve with scallops or Vire andouille as an aperitif.

Wine rated (guide 2025) 92/100
About the wine:
Clisson 2017 blossoms, releasing honeyed tones and a palate combining suavity and salinity. It calls for fine fish.
