Produced from a parcel in the locality known as "La Butte de la Roche", this white is vibrantly energetic. Concentrated ripe fruit meets minerality in a lively, complex mouthfeel. This cuvée will be perfect with scallops in season, langoustines à la plancha with seaweed tartar, or sashimi and sushi. A great Muscadet!
