Domaine du Tremblay is one of the estates owned by Chantal Wilk and Jean Tatin, both agricultural engineers. They created their estates twenty years ago during a period of restructuring and renewal of the Quincy AOC. Maroussia, their youngest daughter aged 25, joined them in 2010.
