"Harmonious
"The combination of vat and oak maturation of this parcel-based cuvée produces a wine with good maturity and a broad texture. It has a slight hint of spice, with peppery accents and a tangy texture. The fruit comes through with good acidity on the finish." (Wine Enthusiast 2020 - Roger Voss)

Bettane & Desseauve
Rated wine (guide 2022) 92/100
Domaine rated (2020 guide) 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, in line with what one has the right to expect from its appellation(s))
About the wine:
A full-bodied juice, with a salivating persistence, finishing on fine bitters for a harmonious whole.
About the domain :
With each passing vintage, the Roblin brothers assert themselves with greater regularity. The vineyard, mainly composed of white soils, covers 17 hectares on the slopes of Maimbray and Sury-en-Vaux. Special mention goes to the original white, which offers a very fine Sauvignon. An interesting address at reasonable prices.
Guide Hachette des vins
Domaine noté (guide 2020) Award-winning wines (The wines of this producer are regularly awarded by the guide)
About the domain :
Matthias Roblin took over this family estate, whose origins date back to the 18th century, in 2000. His brother Émile joined him six years later. The vineyard extends over 19 hectares, which are cultivated "using integrated farming methods with an organic bias".

About the wine:
A combination of vat and oak aging for this parcel-based cuvée results in a well-matured, broad-textured wine. It has a slight hint of spice, with peppery accents and a tangy texture. The fruit comes through with good acidity on the finish. Drink from 2020.
