Domaine Bourillon Dorléans
Domaine Bourillon Dorléans, founded in 1921 and now run by Frédéric Bourillon, has been perpetuating the traditional spirit and quality of its Vouvray wines for 3 generations.

Domaine Bourillon Dorléans comprises 26.5 hectares of vines located on the best slopes in the commune of Rochecorbon. The vines are cultivated using integrated pest and weed management methods, using crushed vine shoots instead of chemical fertilizers, and reducing yields to optimize the aromatic richness of the wines. Domaine Bourillon Dorléans wines are vinified with natural yeasts, and matured either in vats or in barrels, and the blending process respects the overall typicity of the wines. Bourillon Dorléans is one of the finest estates in the Vouvray appellation.

With subtle honeyed notes, this mellow cuvée expresses remarkable freshness. Controlled acidity and exotic fruit flavors combine elegantly in this bottle. La Levrière is a mellow Vouvray without any heaviness that can be enjoyed on any occasion.

This lovely dry Vouvray, with its deep yellow color and orange highlights, is a complex white, opening with notes of roasted hazelnuts and licorice. On aeration, the minerality of the limestone appears, exhaling notes of tuffeau and cold coffee. Rich on the palate, with flavors of honey and acacia, and a smooth, vanilla finish... With scallop risotto!
