Bourillon Dorléans - La Coulée d'Argent 2014 (Sec)

Drink or Keep
This lovely dry Vouvray, with its deep yellow color and orange highlights, is a complex white, opening with notes of roasted hazelnuts and licorice. On aeration, the minerality of the limestone appears, exhaling notes of tuffeau and cold coffee. Rich on the palate, with flavors of honey and acacia, and a smooth, vanilla finish... With scallop risotto!

A complex nose and a sapid, well-structured, very Chenin palate. A very fine bottle
