"It still looks fresh, balanced and sunny, as well as surprisingly full-bodied, but owner Pedro Araujo said it lacked a little acidity. It's not flat, however. It adds perfect balance, classic aromas and pure fruit expression. Yet neither does it resemble one of the spicy, tight Loureiros that Ameal often produces. This is just a baby, and it's a vintage that generally ages well" (Wine Advocate 2019)
