Diepe ruby kleur met oranje randje. Aan de neus rijp rood en donker fruit, kersen, bramen, pruimen, cassis, maar ook taartdeeg, vanille en ook kruidigheid/specerijen, nootmuskaat en kaneel. In de mond veel sappig en crispy rood en donker fruit, ook frambozen en rode bessen. Helemaal op het fruit gemaakt. Houtlagering subtiel waarneembaar. Medium vulling en medium afdronk met wat kruidigheid op het einde. Geen hoogvlieger, maar goede begeleider van vleesgerechten of "octopus à la plancha". Score: 15,5/20
