"A blend of indigenous Portuguese grape varieties for a unique tasting experience!

Fresh and lively, it delights with its luscious fruit, silky texture and sensation of freshness. This is an old-fashioned field blend, but with younger vines, a deliberate move. It can age until the end of the decade, but I wouldn't be surprised if many want to drink it now. (The Wine Advocate 2022)

About the wine:

Gaivosa Primeiros Anos 2019 is a blend of newer vines, aged for 15 months in a mix of Portuguese and French oak. It has 14.4% alcohol. Fresh and lively, it delights with its luscious fruit, silky texture and fresh feel. This is an old-fashioned field blend, but with younger vines, a deliberate move. It can age until the end of the decade, but I wouldn't be surprised if many want to drink it now. 2022-2030
