2*Coup de Coeur
Hachette
"Very much at ease with rosé, the Barthès are also at home with white wines. Witness this luminous 2015 in every sense of the word, made from clairette (50%), ugni blanc (40%) and a hint of rolle and sauvignon. A Bandol appreciated for its intense, elegant fruity expression, supple, mineral attack, perfectly balanced liveliness and remarkable length. A (very) gourmet pairing with seafood". About the domain :
This Le Beausset estate is regularly a good source of remarkably vinified rosés and whites. Monique Barthès, who went from being a model to the equally noble profession of winemaker, is at the helm, assisted by her son Philippe for the vinifications.
