Première rosé combines elegance, gourmet roundness and saline expression. This cuvée rosé reveals a highly expressive nose, with exotic aromas of pineapple, lychee and fresh apricot blended with notes of white pepper and nutmeg. The palate is full-bodied, beautifully fruity, harmonious and fine, accentuated by saline notes on the finish. A rosé worthy of the appellation's finest!

Côtes de Provence
Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Domain rated (2020 guide) 2*Stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more regular and homogeneous than the previous one)
About the domain :
This is one of Provence's most famous estates. It belongs to the Combard family, who manage this 85-hectare estate, 30 hectares of which are leased. The vines, located on the seafront in schistose soil, have been grown organically since 1979. We are currently in the process of converting everything to biodynamic viticulture. We welcome this commitment, which is no easy task for an estate of this size. While the wines are one of Provence's best-known assets, the family also goes to great lengths to welcome visitors, and during the summer months offers a cultural program well worth the detour.

About the wine:
Cinsault and Grenache in equal proportions, complemented by a hint of Mourvèdre (10%), make up this superb apricot-colored rosé, whose intensely fruity bouquet (cranberry, nectarine, mango) won over tasters. The palate doesn't disappoint: fresh, fragrant, vinous and very persistent, it offers immediate pleasure and promises fine pairings at the table, with octopus salad or grilled bass with fennel, for example.
About the domain :
Located in the commune of La Londe-les-Maures, overlooking the Golden Isles, Figuière has belonged to the Combard family since 1992. Today, Magali, Delphine and François are at the head of this 85-hectare vineyard, which has been organically farmed for 40 years.
