Despite a difficult vintage, Miraval has come out on top with a rich, velvety texture and aromas of red berries and citrus fruits on the palate, which is full-bodied, juicy, and smooth. This beautiful balance continues through to the finish, which has a slightly vinous and delicately iodized tone. Elegant bottle. A victim of its own success, the price is skyrocketing. This great gastronomic rosé, as charming and sensual as ever, was paired with scorpion fish fillets and green asparagus tips, pan-fried in olive oil. Rating = 4 3.
