About the estate:
Set amid magnificent scenery on the southern slopes of the Alpilles, this 300-hectare family estate, comprising 52 hectares of vines and 28 hectares of olive trees, boasts well-drained soils that are ideal for viticulture. Now run by two sisters, Caroline Missoffe and Anne Poniatowski, the former being the current and very dynamic president of the appellation, the estate's wines are considered to be among the finest expressions of Baux-de-Provence. Delicious, they combine body and lightness with great elegance.

Grenache (67%) and a blend of press wine and saignée, as is customary in this appellation, have forged the personality of this exemplary rosé, which presents itself beautifully in its elegant coral color. Intensely floral with scents of rose and freesia, it stands out for its restrained power, its beautiful crushed raspberry structure, and its remarkable finish of aromatic herbs (mint, sage). An ideal companion for a sweet and savory dish, such as a pork cheek tagine with quince.
