"In 2007, Patrick Brunel and his son Maxime (Château de la Gardine in Châteauneuf-du-Pape) set up this wine merchant's house, which offers wines from all over the valley, from north to south. Made from Grenache (55%) and Syrah grapes, this Cairanne immediately wins you over with its engaging nose of crushed raspberry and undergrowth. The palate is savory and very long, backed by fine, silky tannins that give it great suppleness and elegance". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2015)
