Des arômes de fruits compotés, de pruneaux, avec un léger boisé. Beaucoup de corps, bien que un "poil" trop alcoolisé à mon goût. Un vrai côtes du Rhone bien "péchu" qui s'accorde à merveille avec un plan typé méditerranéen (tomaté, aillé, relevé...) Bémol : Mes 2 dernières bouteilles ouvertes fin 2012 étaient "madérisées"... à garder 6 ans, pas plus.
