The vineyards are carefully tended, with no concessions to yields. Rigorous plot selection, manual harvesting and traditional vinification, combined with barrel ageing, ensure that Château de la Gardine 's different cuvées reflect the unique soul of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape terroir.

One of the two cuvées paying tribute to the ancestors who wrote the first pages of the domaine's history, made from the oldest vines with very low yields. With its delicate yellow-gold color, this vintage evokes honey and vanilla on a very mineral base.
