Le Châteauneuf-du-Pape constitue le fleuron et les racines de Skalli Grand Vin du Rhône, établi depuis plus d’un siècle au sein de la résidence d’été des Papes. Une cuvée hommage élevée 12 mois en fûts et foudres de chêne, offrant des arômes délicats de petits fruits à noyaux compotés, de fruits rouges, de cerise. Un ensemble de saveurs, aux tanins présents et bien fondus, donne chaleur et persistance à ce vin complexe et élégant. Une grande bouteille !

destemming before vatting. Each grape variety is vinified separately. Long vatting periods, temperature-controlled fermentation with daily verification by tasting each vat.

Intense ruby red with violet highlights.
Nose
Delicate, stewed stone fruit, red fruit, cherry. Notes of cocoa and menthol.
Mouth
Mentholated freshness and nuances of ripe fruit (plums, morello cherries) mingle with notes of cocoa, tobacco and spices, giving this wine great aromatic complexity. This combination of flavors, with present, well-melted tannins, gives warmth to the palate.
