A selection of different plots throughout the appellation, characterized by high earliness and limited yields. This wine has a brilliant, limpid golden color, with a bouquet of citrus and lavender combined with orange zest. The palate is rich and concentrated, with a pronounced but not excessive texture. Its long, fresh finish gives it lightness and staying power.

The Roussanne was harvested very early (end of August 2020) and at a low degree in order to preserve a high acidity, and was partly vinified in oak barrels. temperature to preserve the wine's minerality
Breeding
4 months partly in oak barrels with regular stirring for the Roussanne and in stainless steel vats for the Clairette and Grenache Blanc.
