generous

lamb shoulder

This blend of mainly Syrah, Grenache, and Cinsault offers an expressive nose with notes of truffle, black fruit, cocoa bean, and menthol. The palate is full-bodied and generous, fresh and silky, with a long finish. Les Perrottes 2020, a real treat!

Bettane & Desseauve

Winery rated 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, consistent with what one would expect from its appellation(s))

About the estate:

In 2004, Pascal Glas decided to take over the family vineyards after more than twenty years of winemaking in cooperative cellars in the south of France. Located on the northwestern edge of the Costières de Nîmes appellation, he crafts honest, straightforward wines with exemplary balance and purity of fruit. The wines are refreshing with beautiful depth of fruit, without ever being overdone.
