"Fruit, mocha, and peppercorns!"

A fine example of a red Costières de Nîmes! Fresh black fruit, plum, pepper with strong "garrigue" notes. The palate is energetic, with lots of fruit and structure! The finish is pleasant with chocolate accents.

Bettane & Desseauve

Winery rated 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, consistent with what one would expect from its appellation(s))

About the estate:

In 2004, Pascal Glas decided to take over the family vineyards after more than twenty years of winemaking in cooperative cellars in the south of France. Located on the northwestern edge of the Costières de Nîmes appellation, he crafts honest, straightforward wines with exemplary balance and purity of fruit. The wines are refreshing with beautiful depth of fruit, without ever being overdone.
