Drink or Keep
This pretty Rhône white reveals a lovely aromatic finesse from a blend of Grenache blanc and Clairette. The nose blends notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus zest and floral notes. Round and well-balanced on the palate, with hints of toast, thanks to well-controlled vinification and ageing in wood (30% in demi-muid). A superb, value-for-money southern white!

To tell the truth, I wasn't expecting much from this wine. Mostly bought to prepare for blind competitions, I found myself faced with a cuvée that gave me pleasure for a reasonable price. To be discovered with a nice summer salad.
