Domaine Fond Croze
Visit Fond Croze estate was created in 1997, but the story of this family of winegrowers began in the aftermath of the First World War. Returning from the great battle of 1918, Charles LONG decided to settle with his family in Saint Roman de Malegarde to cultivate his first vines. He was joined by his son Raymond LONG a few years later.
In keeping with tradition, Raymond's sons Daniel and Bruno LONG followed in their father's footsteps, joining the family business at an early age. Together, they created Domaine Fond Croze, which today covers more than 80 hectares, and began its conversion to organic farming in 2009.
Since 2017, Guillaume LONG, Daniel's son, has joined Domaine Fond Croze and continues the work begun by his family and the development of the estate.

Domaine Fond Croze - Côtes du Rhône Villages Vaison-la-Romaine Mozaïk 2022
Côtes du Rhône Villages Vaison-la-Romaine|Red wine|Organic
2*Coup de Coeur Hachette
-
90-92/100 Jeb Dunnuck
"As its name suggests, this cuvée is made from several plots in the different soil types of Vaison-la-Romaine, combining Grenache, Syrah and Carignan. This ambitious cuvée charms with its bouquet of ink, ripe cherry, roasted coffee and Zan. The palate, too, impresses with its unbridled expression of peppery black fruit, velvety body framed by sappy tannins and fine, myrtle-accented bitterness. A real treat. (Le Guide Hachette 2025)
