About the domain :
A former priory of the Carthusian monastery of Valbonne acquired in 1965 and entirely restructured by Guy and Anne Steinmaier. These Burgundians have turned this 34-hectare estate, now run by their son Jean, into a benchmark, with wines of admirable consistency.
