Adorned with a beautiful salmon hue, this rosé in a typically Southern blend is full of wild berries and spices (strawberries, raspberries, thyme). It's well made, pleasant to drink, but doesn't really stand out from other rosés at the same price.

Flavors of small red berries and Morello cherries with lovely acidic notes, enhanced by peppery spices, invite themselves onto a clean, lively and highly refreshing palate that climbs to a light, discreet finish. Early bottling, which enhances aromas and preserves freshness, is the winning formula for this rosé. Attractive presentation and an attractive price are two further assets. All summer long, at 10°, it's the perfect accompaniment to a platter of sea urchins from Carry-le-Rouet, as well as Mediterranean cuisine, preferably iodized and spicy, such as a carpaccio of sea bream with citrus fruits and a pinch of Espelette pepper. Score = 3.9.
