Muscardin and picpoul noir vinified and aged in unheated barrels. Grenache, mourvèdre and syrah co-fermented in concrete vats.
Breeding
In wooden truncated-cone tanks. Some barrels were immersed in the wine for over 12 months to preserve any oxidation on pure Grenache.
