A distinctive palette of macerated fruit, spices and dried herbs. Well-balanced volume on the palate, not very concentrated but harmonious with an elegant touch.
About the domain :
Located in the northern part of the Châteauneuf appellation, in the village of Courthezon, this estate, rich in old vines, has belonged to the Charrier family for three generations. The Cristia, Pointu and La Guigasse plots produce the red Châteauneuf-du-Pape, 99% Grenache, harvested whole and aged in concrete vats. Caroline is in charge of vinification, while her brother Frédéric looks after the vines. From IGP Vaucluse to Châteauneuf, the style of the wines is convincing.
