Saint-Joseph opens with floral, slightly honeyed notes. Aromas of roasted almonds and acacia on the palate, for a warm, subtle wine, without losing its balance on the finish. A lovely bottle!

About the domain :

"This young trading house is the result of a partnership between the Perrin family (of Château de Beaucastel in Châteauneuf-du-Pape) and Nicolas Jaboulet (ex-director of the family firm Paul Jaboulet et Fils). Two great names from the south and north of the valley, bringing out a small collection of crus from the north. The wines are selected in barrel before malolactic fermentation at the winemakers', and then aged at Perrin, near Orange. Blending then follows. The style of the whites is precise, dry, square, with a good intermediate level. To date, we prefer the brightness and density of the reds.
