Fourth vintage for this Tavel, which reveals very fruity notes on the nose, with more ripe, complex touches. What richness! On the palate, the acidic attack takes on astonishing fullness, before a long, spicy finish... A sure bet!

Tavel without nose, mouth lacking freshness and very plain. Disappointed by this wine, which was presented as a great discovery but very, very far from Tavel's benchmarks. To be forgotten.

Atypical wine, neither rosé nor clairet. Very deep color, lacking freshness on the palate. I was not convinced by this taste experience. Plus 2 corked bottles in a batch of 12.

BEAUTIFUL DEEP COLOR, FULL-BODIED ON THE PALATE, PERHAPS A LITTLE SHORT. BUT STILL VERY PLEASANT TO TASTE.
