Pale golden yellow in color, Vacqueyras Blanc expresses intense vanilla and lightly woody aromas. Hints of white flowers can also be detected on the nose. The palate, meanwhile, is rich and full-bodied, with vanilla and sweet spice notes. A wonderful discovery!

Low-pressure pneumatic pressing (less than 1 bar). Careful settling for 36 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks for 15 to 20 days, with temperature control (between 14 and 18°C). No malolactic fermentation.

on fine lees with regular stirring (1 to 2 times a week) for 2 to 3 months
