"Happy but tight, it delivers a peppery note". (Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France 2020 - RVF) Le Soula goes off the beaten track with Trigone Vin de France. This blend of several vintages expresses aromas of red fruits and spices, accompanied by more floral nuances. On the palate, it's fine and precise, with a freshness all its own.

About the wine:
Happy but tight, it delivers a peppery note.
About the domain :
On the beautiful, high-altitude granite terraces of the Fenouillèdes region, northwest of Maury, Gérard Gauby and a few associates acquired this certified organic estate. In 2016, Wendy Wilson replaced Gerald Stanley, who had run the estate since 2008. The red and white wines are vinified in barrels on the basis of very natural principles: indigenous yeasts, no acidification, no chaptalization. Never lacking in freshness or elegance, the reds have recently gained in structure and fleshiness. But from the very first vintage, in 2001, Le Soula has distinguished itself primarily through its whites, which have impressed us with their purity and intensity: the combination of Macabeu, Sauvignon Blanc and several other grape varieties works wonders. The wines are often worth waiting for to reach their full expression.
