"Built on Vermentino (80%, with Grenache in addition), an original white from the outset, with its slightly golden color and complex aromatic palette: on the first nose, fresh floral fragrances; on aeration, lemony fruitiness with candied tones. Ample and fine on the palate, this wine unfolds with roundness and smoothness, balanced by persistent citrus aromas, led by lemon and grapefruit. Serve with shellfish, followed by sea bass". About the wine:
Built on Vermentino (80%, with Grenache as a complement), an original white from the outset, with its light golden color and complex aromatic palette: on the first nose, fresh floral fragrances; on aeration, lemony fruitiness with candied tones. Ample and fine on the palate, this wine unfolds with roundness and smoothness, balanced by persistent citrus aromas, led by lemon and grapefruit. Serve with shellfish, followed by bass.
About the domain :
Véronique Boudau and her brother Pierre have run the family estate since 1993. They decided to breathe new life into the estate, which covers some 50 hectares on excellent terroirs at the entrance to the Agly valley. The gamble paid off: the entire production is bottled and marketed, notably through a network of restaurants and wine merchants. A sure bet, the vineyard has been converted to organic farming. Véronique's daughter has just joined the adventure.

Nose of white flowers evolving to honeysuckle, then citrus fruit and ripe fruit (light melon).lovely aromas on the palate, ripe fruit, good acidity for a southern wine and a saline finish. PS: Vaccuvinated, very little oxidation.
