"An icon of Roussillon
Already well known, La Petite Sibérie has become a Roussillon icon. Produced from a small parcel of old vines, this Grenache-dominant wine bewitches from the first nose with its notes of vanilla, blackberry or blackcurrant compote and blueberry tart. The palate, with its fine, delicate tannins, is enveloped in a veil of freshness and pleasant character. A wine that can be kept for more than 15 years, and that will leave you with lasting memories.

3*Star rating (High-quality production, a benchmark in its sector)
About the domain :
Hervé Bizeul, winegrower and rebel writer, has little to prove: his estate is one of the Roussillon's elite. But that doesn't stop him from continually challenging himself, breaking new ground, innovating, thinking outside the box and creating new cuvées. A case in point is his pinot noir, which has come out of nowhere to bravely withstand the rigors of the Agly valley's sun and tramontana winds. Here, each cuvée has its own personality, sometimes uncompromising, in the image of its winemaker. From no less than 7 different terroirs comes a serious and diversified interpretation of Roussillon. A model of its kind.
