"Memories, memories..."

"A long 18-month ageing period in demi-muids, followed by two years' rest in the bottle for this intense Caramany, which opens unreservedly with red fruit (cherry, strawberry) enhanced by a hint of leather. The attack is fresh and fine, the development full, round and delicate, around red fruits and melted tannins. Excellent balance and cellaring potential". (Le Guide Hachette 2024)

"On soils of gneiss and granitic arena, the white grape varieties (white and grey grenache, macabeu, white carignan) are picked "here and there", scattered among very old red vines, then vinified in foudres and demi-muids, before a 10-month ageing period on lees. The result is a wine that is mineral, lively and taut, with discreet oaky support and a pleasant mellowness on the mid-palate, before a fresh finish of lemon and lychee". (Guide Hachette 2025)
