Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Domaine rated (2016 guide) 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, in line with what one has the right to expect from its appellation(s))
About the domain :
Founded in 1923, Vignobles Dom Brial now has 380 cooperative members cultivating 2,500 hectares. The Roussillon region has an exceptional capacity to produce anthological vins doux naturels, capable of defying the test of time. Dom Brial is one of those who have managed to preserve these treasures, and some of the older vintages are anthology. The still wines have less personality but are very cleanly vinified.
