"A rancio made from white grapes aged in glass carboys in an oxidative environment, giving a dry wine full of richness while retaining balance and freshness.

"The winery perpetuates the tradition of old sweet wines and dry rancios assembled through various fusions: real treasures, like this blend of white Grenache and Macabeu draped in a beautiful amber color with hints of honey. The nose is a symphony of incredibly rich aromas: lychee, very ripe white fruit, vanilla, raisins, old champagne, cinchona, quince... The palate is of the same calibre, offering sovereign balance, volume, great freshness, a fine, elegant texture and infinite length. This airy, timeless rancio is a real class act. "The perfect marriage of strength and finesse (Le Guide Hachette)".

"This deep amber 5-year-old, acclaimed in all selections and competitions, reveals complex, intense aromas of verbena, candied orange peel, spices and the beginnings of rancio. A palette that infuses a mouth of superb balance, elegance, both round and nervous, with great freshness, stretched into a long, beautiful finish of dried fruit and citrus, with the added bonus of a return of rancio. "Concentration and power, magnificent!"

"Grenache and Syrah unite for the best in this brilliant purple wine, with an intense nose of blackberry, blackcurrant, toasted oak and vanilla on a mineral background. A fresh, straightforward attack opens onto a palate in unison with the bouquet, greedy and round, with silky tannins, long and slightly spicy, with a fine mineral return on the finish. A perfectly harmonious wine, ideal with roast veal with rosemary or entrecôte forestière". (Le Guide Hachette 2024).

"A white pleasure

A lively attack for this white AOP Côtes du Roussillon, opening with notes of white fruit and pear. The palate is supple, mineral and generous, with floral notes on the finish. A pure white pleasure, to be enjoyed with both fish and grilled meats.

Arnaud de Villeneuve - Rivesaltes Ambré 1970 (VDN)

3*Coup de Coeur Hachette

"We've waited almost half a century to discover this splendid amber. Admittedly, the original blond gold has taken on the amber color with auburn highlights of the patina of time, but the look is still lively, brilliant and welcoming. On the nose, the aromas of white flowers and fresh fruit have disappeared, replaced by softer scents of honey, gingerbread, candied orange and incense, though still with the original "spiciness" of Morello cherry. A note that can also be perceived in a devilishly mellow and tender palate, surprisingly ample and supple, with a lovely freshness to back it up. A Rivesaltes of magnificent finesse, a fine wine to touch. (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2019)
