Hachette Bières
"The color of this Hefeweizen is particularly milky, and its creamy white foam is particularly enticing. The nose is perfumed with honey, cloves and citrus fruits, with a hint of banana, typical of Hefeweizen, and a strong fermentary character. On the palate, the attack is lively, the small bubbles burst like fireworks, and the texture is creamy. Beneath the cream, citrus and banana flavors rub shoulders with hints of cereal and fresh bread. The herbaceous bitterness is subtle. A little raspy, a little dry, this beer has aromas of lightly toasted almonds in retro-olfaction. A beautiful wheat beer on Savoyard yeast". (Le Guide Hachette des Bières)

About the domain :
Brice Leguennec and Pierre François Martin develop their range on a permanent basis, with ephemeral brews that you have to know how to seize to enjoy! The success of the permanent range has led to a loyal clientele on the lookout for new products. As the two partners have imagination and energy to spare, they take on projects with their characteristic touch of madness. Like the challenge taken up by the English with an Under Dog IPA, where the aim was to create an IPA without using the usual hops, but with at least 20% Target. Our brewers play the game up to 60% Target! Their current research focuses on Russian Imperial Stouts, Imperial IPAs and barrel-aged beers. Releases to keep an eye on. All their labels have changed, and are now "flashy" with very colorful landscapes.

magnificent! it drinks like whey. The citrus is predominant, without too much clove.
