"Améthyste is a blend of Persian with 30% Mondeuse. The nose offers finely smoky notes with a strong spicy character, pepper and juniper berry. The palate is greedy, fine and slender, with a beautiful complexity". (Le Guide RVF 2025). A wine to be forgotten for a few years in the cellar.

A cuvée that needs time to express itself, but will do so wonderfully after aeration.
