Domain des Ardoisières
Domain des Ardoisières was born in 1998 under the impetus of Michel Grisard, who endowed it with 6 hectares of vines planted on the Coteaux de Cevins. He was joined in 2003 by Brice Omont, who now manages Domain des Ardoisières alone.

The vineyard of Domain des Ardoisières now comprises 9 hectares of vines on the hillsides of Cevins (micaschist-type metamorphic rock, sericite schist, sandy-loam soil) and Saint-Pierre de Soucy (sedimentary rock, jurasic schist marl, clay-limestone soil). The vines are cultivated using certified organic methods, in accordance with the precepts of biodynamics. Great care is taken with grape quality and vinification, with the aim of obtaining the purity and aromatic complexity acquired by the grapes in the vineyards, in line with the terroir.

The Domain des Ardoisières wines reveal a true expression of the terroirs from which they come, to the delight of Savoy wine lovers.
