Domaine de l'Epervière
In 2008, Julie Portaz joined her father, Gérard, at the Domaine de l'Epervière. Today, this young winemaker has taken the reins of this 5-hectare estate, divided into 14 parcels.

Domaine de l'Epervière is planted mainly with old Jacquère vines and thus produces five Savoie white cuvées: Abymes classique and "Habanera", Apremont "Les Jumelles" and "Eugénie", as well as a Roussette de Savoie "Phantasia" since the 2015 vintage. Domaine de l'Epervière wines were first marketed in 2012.
