This Grand Blanc, with its deep golden yellow color, has surprising floral notes. Its fresh, mineral and apricot notes are the hallmark of a Bergeron of fine origin. On the palate, it asserts itself with generosity, recalling the unctuousness of ripe apricots. The finish is enhanced by a slight bitterness of fresh almond and minerality. A perfect match for pan-fried foie gras, Bresse poultry or summer Beaufort.

"A taut, floral and invigorating white!

The date 1248 on this cuvée refers to a catastrophe that took place at the time, when a gigantic landslide covered part of the Chambéry cluse and the Grésivaudan valley. The vines for this wine were planted on this scree by the family's grandfather in 1919. Today, this cuvée carries us away with its floral aromas, refreshing minerality and beautiful fruity structure.

This golden, fat Grand Blanc has a juicy, fairly nervous texture. It asserts itself generously, recalling the unctuousness of ripe apricot. The expression of fruit is underscored by a saline finish. A Chignin Bergeron that combines great richness and freshness.
