Yes to the vinification, to the elegant ageing, bearing witness to Alain Brumont's fine expertise. The wine is balanced throughout. In my opinion, the slightly sharp mineral character I like to taste on PNs is not sufficiently expressed here to fully satisfy the expectations of a northern palate. Maybe try it again in winter. It's still good value for money.
