Domaine de Laballe
The history of Domaine de Laballe began in the 17th century. At the heart of the Armagnac region, it was first and foremost a producer of spirits. In the 70s, Noel Laudet opened up production to wine. The 8th generation is now at the helm of the Domaine de Laballewith Cyril Laudet and his wife Julie, who have expanded their wine offering with the acquisition of further plots of land in the Landes region.

The Domaine de Laballe vineyard is made up of Ugni Blanc, Baco, Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc and Gris, Gros Manseng and Chardonnay for the whites, and Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tannat for the reds and rosés, and covers almost 17 hectares.

Demoiselle is soft, suave and without superfluity! This cuvée glouglou par excellence is nonetheless subtle and delicate. Its intense nose combines notes of fresh exotic fruit (pineapple, mango) and dried fruit (apricot). The palate opens with freshness, then a round, slightly sweet body envelops the palate, giving way to aromas that linger over the long finish. A true purveyor of pleasure!

Cité Hachette

"Vinified dry, the grape variety has given birth to a white wine with aromas of pear, apple and dried fruit and a full, balanced palate, tinged on the finish with a slight bitterness." (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2020) Screw-cap packaging
