Tursan
Tursan (AOC since 2011) is an appellation in southwestern France covering 450 hectares of clay-limestone soils, tawny sand, and rounded pebbles, producing white, red, and rosé wines made using sustainable methods.

Tursan white wines are mainly made from Baroque, a unique grape variety typical of the region, which gives the wine intense fruity aromas (pear, apricot, peach, elderflower, etc.) and is often complemented by Gros Manseng and Sauvignon Blanc.
