"Made from a blend of 11 grape varieties from 17 vineyards in the Swartland region, critics have praised this vintage as even better than the 2021 vintage. Very limited stock available!"
This is a white wine of impressive complexity and richness, the result of a blend of 11 grape varieties from 17 vineyards in the Swartland. Aromas of red fruit, sliced pear, green papaya, flint, grapefruit, and hazelnut are all present, followed by a full-bodied palate with a caressing and supple texture. Without interruption, it evolves towards spices after a while. Even better than 2021? Best enjoyed after 2025. (James Suckling 2024)

About wine:
Palladius 2022 is a blend of Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne, Sémillon Blanc and Gris, Palomino, Verdelho, Colombard, Clairette Blanche, and Viognier from several sites. Eben Sadie says this is the wine he wanted to make. Its nose is delicious, with notes of wax resin, linseed oil, and orange blossom. The palate is well-balanced with formidable acidity. Taut, fresh, and saline, it has immense nervousness on the finish that lingers on the palate. It is even better than the 2021. 2026-2050
