"Legendary wine
"The palate shows a great balance between sweetness, alcohol and acidity and is soft but not as sweet as many other sweet wines. Surprising! It's delicate with generous floral tones and it's really delicious. [...] This wine captures the essence of Vin de Constance." (Wine Advocate 2019 - Anthony Mueller) Every fine cellar needs a Vin de Constance!

About the wine:
Pale gold in color, Vin doux naturel Vin de Constance 2015 has powerful, precise aromas of golden raisins and orange marmalade. The palate shows a great balance between sweetness, alcohol and acidity and is soft but not as sweet as many other sweet wines. Surprisingly delicate with generous floral tones, it's truly delicious. The grapes were harvested after several sortings to select the freshest early harvest berries to maintain acidity levels in the wine, while other berries were harvested later in the season to increase sweetness. This wine captures the essence of Vin de Constance and has been aged in 50% new French and Hungarian oak and French acacia barrels.
