What a beauty for a wine that is, theoretically, an entry-level wine! Such an original nose, where ripe quince and mirabelle plum blend with bergamot and delicate aromas of baking spices. Concentrated, medium-bodied palate with great structure. Very long, powerful finish, spicy and chalky. Made from biodynamically grown grapes and Respekt-certified. For drinking or cellaring. Screw cap.
