"The sensation of the year

"A wonderfully atypical wine for this grape variety. Roses and sandalwood waft from the glass of this rich but dry pinot gris. The well-structured, medium- to full-bodied palate has a wonderfully smooth texture. Notes of tannin and bitterness on the finish add to the wine's length." (James Suckling 2024)

Domaine rated (2025 guide) 1*Star (Stars in the making or quality winegrowers with a good level of production, you won't be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)

About the domain :

Born in 2017, this estate is the legacy of vines brought together by the couple Amélie Buecher, from a long line of winegrowers, and Charles Sparr, child of a family of wine merchants. Certified organic in 2017, then biodynamic in 2019, their vineyard boasts four grands crus and offers a regular range of sincere, no-nonsense wines. Quality is improving fast, the Pinot Noirs are shining, and the estate has been awarded its first star this year.
