Domaine Barmès-Buecher - Alsace Pinot Noir Coteaux Calcaire 2023
94/100 Le Figaro
"Magnificent nose of fresh raspberries, with hints of cedar, leather and spices. Pure and salivating on the palate, it's ample and greedy, and we're delighted by these aromas of fresh strawberries drizzled with powdered sugar." (Le Figaro 2024)
Domaine Barmès-Buecher - Alsace Pinot Gris Rosenberg 2022
95/100 James Suckling

93/100 RVF
"I love the effusive apricot aroma of this young pinot gris, which has fascinating smoky complexity. Succulent and vibrant, the interplay between candied orange and apricot and mineral freshness is perfect. The finish is very long, precise and dynamic". (James Suckling 2024)
Domaine Barmès-Buecher - Alsace Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Steingrubler 2022
4/5 (1 avis)
98/100 James Suckling
-
95/100 RVF
"Despite the richness and floral extravagance of the gewurz grape and the hot, dry vintage, this wine shows fabulous freshness and a strictly linear structure on the medium-bodied palate. Then comes the extraordinary interplay between Turkish delight and minerality in the very long finish." (James Suckling 2024)
Domaine Barmès-Buecher - Mue 2021 (vin orange)

93/100 RVF
"Welcome to Alsace's mandarin dream! An extremely delicious orange wine that shows this category is capable of great things. Fantastic interplay of fine, generous tannins, orange zest and chalky minerality. Delicate bitterness adds to the tension. (James Suckling 2023)

1*Étoile Hachette
Rosenberg means the Mountain of Roses, a land of poetry and vines, and is the emblem of the Barmès Buecher family. This Riesling brings out the full potential of its terroir, with delicate citrus and crisp fruit aromas, a pure, saline mouthfeel and a long, bewitching finish. A magnificent discovery!

2*Étoiles Hachette
An exceptional Grand Cru! This Gewurztraminer from the Hengst region offers an intense, fine and precise nose of rose, ripe yellow fruit, sweet spices and hints of honey. This aromatic complexity is echoed on the palate to the delight of our taste buds. The structure is rich, deep and smooth, with perfect balance.
Domaine Barmès-Buecher - Pinot Noir Réserve 2019
4.3/5 (6 avis)
92/100 RVF
A Pinot Noir d'Alsace as we like it! Luscious and juicy, it's no less precise and chiselled. Aromatically rich, with notes of blueberry, wild strawberry, cherry and subtle spicy touches. Pure pleasure!
Domaine Barmès-Buecher - Sylvaner Rosenberg 2019
93/100 RVF
This Sylvaner shines through with brilliant fruitiness and small bitters on the finish. Purity and precision are remarkable, in contrast to the grape variety's traditional ardor and vivacity. Here, wisdom and depth characterize this cuvée. An outstanding Sylvaner!
Domaine Barmès-Buecher - Gewurztraminer Pfersigberg Grand Cru 2013 (50 cl)
94/100 Robert Parker
For the 2013 Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Pfersigberg, Maxime Barmès picked "beautiful grapes", but rather late. After 16 months, fermentation stopped naturally at 11.5% alcohol and 128 grams per liter of residual sugar, which could have become a true Sélection de Grains Nobles had he requested the mention. Aromas of honey and orange on the very clear, concentrated nose open up to a noble palate that's soft, dense, very elegant, very precise and full of finesse, with a spicy, salty finish. Drink this Pfersigberg as an SGN, although it is not declared as such (Wine Advocate - Stephan Reinhardt).
