Vignoble du Rêveur
Mathieu Deiss, in addition to taking over the reins of the Marcel Deiss estate, created in 2013 the Vignoble du Rêveur with his partner Emmanuelle Milan. Located in Bennwihr, the Vignoble du Rêveur covers 7 hectares of quaternary alluvium.

The Vignoble du Rêveur is a veritable laboratory of exploration for Mathieu Deiss, who is experimenting with amphora vinification, orange wines and sulfur-free wines in order to "go beyond the limits of the grape variety". As with the Marcel Deiss estate, the emphasis is on texture, consistency and depth, rather than grape variety.

Un Instant sur Terre was born from working in amphorae. Made of clay and sandstone, these amphorae are used for vinification and maceration for 8 months, giving the wine roundness and fullness.
