"This magnificent cuvée [...] has all the qualities of a remarkable Brouilly (Hachette)".

"Nearly 8 hectares of decomposed granite were mobilized to produce this magnificent cuvée, which has all the qualities of a remarkable Brouilly: length, balance, intensity, tannic structure enhanced by a beautiful and complex aromatic expression... A success that is all the more commendable given that the 2023 vintage was not an easy one. Thomas and Pierre Laforest's inspired handling of carbonic maceration". (Guide Hachette 2025)

"Equilibre gourmand (Hachette)

"Jean-Marc Laforest farms 7 ha in the Régnié appellation. These forty-year-old vines planted on a sandy-granite terroir have produced a beautifully fresh, well-balanced wine. On the nose, notes of black fruit rub shoulders with mineral nuances. The palate reveals a velvety texture, supported by a good tannic structure on the finish. A spontaneously pleasant Regnié that will also age well". (Guide Hachette 2025)
