"From a steep, south-facing vineyard planted with 70-year-old vines, this rich wine has great potential. The tannins support the black fruit and acidity. The wine will be best from 2022 onwards." (Wine Enthusiast 2021) Reflecting its blue rock-rich terroir, Les Mouilles features a mineral profile, with a powerful, structured palate. A beautiful personality.

About the domain :
Winegrowers in Juliénas since the early 17th century, the Perrachon family bought Ch. de la Bottière in 1877, then Dom. des Perelles in Romanèche-Thorins (windmill). When Laurent Perrachon set up in 1989, he acquired Dom. des Mouilles, then parcels in Morgon, Fleurie and Saint-Amour: a total of 31 ha, with vines in six crus. With Maxime and Adrien, the new generation joined the domaine in 2016.
